Dr. Phil McGraw sells Calabasas mansion in Beverly Hills

Television personality and clinical psychologist Dr. Phil McGraw and his wife, Robin, have sold their 16,000-square-foot mansion located in the Calabasas area of the Beverly Hills Post Office. The property sits on 2.76 acres of land.

The couple reportedly purchased the home in 2010 for $29.8 million. The estate, which was a gift to their son Jay McGraw and his wife Erica Dahm, was recently listed for $67.5 million.
