Dragados representative claims El Bocal walkway collapse due to lack of maintenance
The legal representative of Dragados has testified in the investigation regarding the collapse of the El Bocal walkway in Santander, which killed six young people and seriously injured another on March 3. The representative argued that the structure failed due to a lack of maintenance rather than construction defects.
