Dragon Ball: Rare 1993 Goku illustration released by Toriyama Archives

The Toriyama Archives have released a rare illustration from 1993 featuring Goku participating in the 25th Tenkaichi Tournament. The artwork, originally featured on the cover of Weekly Shonen Jump #44, depicts Goku with a halo, signifying his temporary return to Earth from the afterlife during the Majin Buu saga. This archival release provides a full view of the character that was partially obscured in the original publication.

In addition to archival content, the Dragon Ball franchise continues to maintain a strong commercial presence through various consumer products. Popular merchandise available on platforms like Amazon includes Funko POP! collectibles, such as figures of Goku with the Nimbus cloud and keychain versions featuring the Kamehameha technique, as well as practical items like themed aluminum water bottles.
