Dragon Ball: Super Dragon Ball Heroes features non-canonical power evolutions
The promotional series Super Dragon Ball Heroes has introduced powerful non-canonical evolutions and character returns for the Dragon Ball franchise. In this series, Goku and Vegeta achieve the Limit Breaker Super Saiyan 4, a form that surpasses the standard Super Saiyan 4 seen in Dragon Ball GT.
Additionally, the series features the return of Ozotto, a villain originally created for the 1994 arcade game Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S. After being absent for nearly 30 years, the character reappeared as Majin Ozotto. In his transformed state, he absorbed the power of several major characters, including Androids 16 and 17, Cell, Frieza, Gohan, and Piccolo, before being defeated by the fusion of Goku and Vegeta, known as Vegetto.
Both the Limit Breaker transformations and the resurgence of Ozotto are exclusive to Super Dragon Ball Heroes and do not belong to the official canon established by Akira Toriyama and Toyotaro in the main manga and anime timelines.
