Dragon Quest celebrates 40th anniversary with new merchandise

Square Enix and Premium Bandai have announced new merchandise to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Quest RPG series.

Square Enix is releasing a 40th Anniversary Tin Anniversary Choco Ink Cookie set via its e-STORE. The set, priced at 2,980 yen, includes chocolate cookies in a special commemorative tin featuring the series logo, along with a Slime figure magnet. The cookies come in three random designs.

Additionally, Premium Bandai will begin accepting pre-orders for the ‘Choco Sap Dragon Quest’ series on September 1. This product features 15 different types of monster figures, including Slime, Gigantes, and a secret figure, which are contained within capsule-shaped chocolates. The set is priced at 3,850 yen, with shipping expected in March 2027.
