Dragon Quest Metallic Monsters Gallery figures see high demand and sell-outs
Dragon Quest fans are seeing a surge in demand for the Metallic Monsters Gallery figure series. Square Enix recently announced a re-order for eight specific die-cast monster figures, including Slime and Metal Slime, but the items sold out within the same day of the announcement, prompting calls from fans for increased production.
Simultaneously, DMM Hobby has listed ten items from the same series for pre-order. This lineup includes various monsters such as King Slime, Killer Machine, and Watabou. These heavy, die-cast figures are designed to serve as both collectibles and paperweights, with a scheduled release window extending through late December 2026.
