Dragon Quest Monsters 4 launches Dec 3 2026 with special edition bonuses

Square Enix announced that the next entry in the Dragon Quest Monsters series, "Dragon Quest Monsters 4: The Withered Tree Country's Bianka & Flora," is scheduled for release on 3 December 2026. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam). It follows Bianka and Flora, now monster‑masters, as they explore a mysterious alternate world.

A save‑data bonus tied to the recently released "Dragon Quest VII Reimagined" will give players a set of six “seed” items—power, defense, speed, wisdom, skill and happiness—dubbed the “Prince’s gift,” sparking lively discussion on social media. In addition, a premium "Super Masters" edition priced at ¥25,000 includes four DLCs, figure sets, a cleaning cloth and a silicon “Slime with Meat” pouch, which has become a highly talked‑about collector’s item.

Both the seed bonus and the limited‑edition merchandise are generating excitement among fans ahead of the game's launch.
