Drake finances new k-os studio album

Canadian alt-rap artist k-os is releasing his first studio album in 11 years, titled “BLackneck.” The project is being funded by hundreds of thousands of dollars from Toronto artist Drake, who helped k-os early in his career.

k-os described the investment as an experiment, noting that Drake often approaches ventures like a gambler. The upcoming album is described as a blend of hip-hop, country, rock, and soul, reflecting the artist's roots in Whitby, Ontario.
