Drake Maye expresses skepticism over moon landing

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has expressed skepticism regarding the 1969 Apollo 11 moon landing. During an appearance on the radio station WEEI for an ‘Ask Me Anything’ segment, Maye stated he was ‘not 200 percent sure’ if the United States actually landed on the moon.

Maye noted that his interest in the subject stems from a course on conspiracy theories he took at the University of North Carolina, which covered various topics such as whether Hitler is still alive or if birds are real. He clarified that he does not necessarily lean toward one specific side but remains ‘a little skeptical.’

Following his comments, NASA head Jared Isaacman responded on X, stating, ‘I have the evidence in the most literal sense.’
