Drake places $650,000 bet on Joshua Van for UFC 331

Rapper Drake has placed a $650,000 wager on Joshua Van to defend his flyweight title against Alexandre Pantoja in the main event of UFC 331. The bet, which Drake shared on social media, includes a message expressing uncertainty: ‘I don’t know bro … but he better win.’

If the bet is legitimate, a victory for Van could result in a return exceeding $1 million. The rematch follows a previous encounter where Van won the belt after Pantoja suffered a serious elbow injury early in the fight.

Drake’s high-stakes gambling has frequently drawn attention, including references to the ‘Drake curse,’ a social media meme suggesting that athletes he supports often face unexpected losses. Additionally, Drake’s partnership with the betting platform Stake has faced scrutiny regarding the authenticity of his gambling sessions.
