Drake reportedly skips 2027 Grammy Award submissions

Drake has reportedly not submitted any music for consideration for the 2027 Grammy Awards. This follows a pattern of a complicated relationship between the Toronto rapper and The Recording Academy, which dates back to his criticisms of the award show in 2017.

Despite not entering his May releases—Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honour—into the awards process, Drake is preparing for significant activity in 2027. He has announced plans for a world tour to promote his three new albums and is rumored to be headlining the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.
