Drake teases remix of Ella Langley’s hit ‘Choosin’ Texas’

Rapper Drake has teased a potential remix of Ella Langley’s chart-topping country hit, ‘Choosin’ Texas’. During a recent DJ set in Toronto, the artist played a reworked R'n'B version of the track, notably changing the lyric “cowboy” to “cowgirl”.

While an official release has not been confirmed, Drake has shown public support for the Alabama-born singer. He recently attended Langley’s tour stop in Arkansas and has praised her songwriting on social media, describing her as having a “goated pen”.

Langley’s ‘Choosin’ Texas’ has achieved significant commercial success, spending 19 weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and making her the first woman to simultaneously lead the Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, and Country Airplay charts.
