Drawsko Pomorskie to host inaugural roller skating event at new sports facility

Drawsko Pomorskie will host a roller skating event on October 18, 2026, marking the first time such an initiative is held at the new multipurpose sports facility on Dworcowa Street.

The event, scheduled from 15:00 to 17:30, includes skating workshops, skill demonstrations, and competitions. It is designed for both experienced skaters and beginners.

The facility was constructed at a cost of over 5.27 million PLN, with 50 percent of the funding provided by the Physical Culture Development Fund under the Rink Construction Development Program. The venue is designed for year-round use, serving as a multisport court for volleyball, basketball, and handball in warmer months, and transitioning into a covered ice rink during the winter.
