Drea de Matteo turned to OnlyFans to resolve foreclosure crisis

Actress Drea de Matteo, known for her role as Adriana La Cerva in ‘The Sopranos’, has revealed that she turned to OnlyFans to resolve a severe financial crisis. During an appearance on the ‘Hate to Break It to Ya’ podcast, de Matteo explained that her decision was both a financial necessity and a ‘political statement’ against Hollywood pressures.

De Matteo stated that her income was significantly impacted during the pandemic after she declined Covid-19 vaccinations, which led to her talent agency terminating her contract. This loss of work, combined with a home flood and impending foreclosure, left her family in a difficult position.

While she initially intended to use the platform to host an uncensored podcast, her children suggested she leverage her image. After posting a photo in swimwear, de Matteo reported that she earned enough to pay off a $75,000 lien on her home within 75 minutes. She has since used the platform's income to fund her podcast and her T-shirt company, ULTRAFREE.
