Dreame and MOVA release new wet and dry vacuum cleaners

New developments in the wet and dry vacuum cleaner market highlight advancements in automated cleaning and high-temperature sanitation.

Dreame has launched the T16 Pro Steam and T16 Pro Heat flagship models. These devices feature 30,000 Pa suction power and ThermoRinse technology, which uses 90°C water to rinse the brush and dissolve grease. The units include an AutoAdapt sensor to adjust cleaning fluid ratios and a TangleCut 2.0 system to prevent hair entanglement. Maintenance is automated via a docking station that cleans the brush with 95°C water and performs a silent drying process to prevent bacterial growth.

In a more budget-friendly segment, the MOVA K20 Pro offers a practical solution for hard floors. It provides 18,000 Pa suction power and utilizes a rotating, constantly moistened roller. The device features separate tanks for clean (600 ml) and dirty (500 ml) water to ensure floors are not wiped with contaminated liquid. It includes an automatic mode that uses sensors to detect dirt levels and adjust performance accordingly.
