Dreamify, a non-profit organization based in Hamburg, has introduced the Traumhausverlosung, a state-approved social lottery launched in 2024. Unlike traditional lotteries that focus on cash prizes, this lottery primarily offers high-value real estate.

A major current prize is a house on the Baltic Sea valued at 2.1 million euros, with the drawing period running until October 25, 2026. To assist winners, the lottery includes a cash premium intended to cover incidental costs for the property during the initial years of ownership.

Participants can purchase one of three different ticket packages online, which are also available as monthly subscriptions. Subscribers to the middle and largest packages are eligible for an additional monthly drawing of 10,000 euros. At least 20 percent of all revenue generated by the lottery is directed toward charitable causes. Tickets are sold exclusively via the internet through the organizer's website and providers such as Lotto24 and Tipp24.
