Dreams Talca receives over 7,000 applications for 150 new jobs

Dreams has received over 7,000 applications for 150 job positions at its new operation in Talca, Maule. The company implemented an unconventional recruitment process designed to mirror its entertainment brand, aiming to reduce the typical tension associated with job interviews.

Out of the total applicants, 600 individuals advanced to the in-person stage, held in collaboration with INACAP Talca. This phase included interviews and group dynamics integrated with music, games, and prizes to allow candidates to demonstrate their skills and personalities beyond their resumes. Daniel Gómez, General Manager of Dreams Talca, noted that the high volume of applications reflects significant local interest in new employment opportunities.
