Drees & Sommer expands in Greece by acquiring ENOIA A. E

International consulting, design, and project management group Drees & Sommer is expanding its presence in the Greek market through the acquisition of ENOIA A. E.

Based in Athens since 1987, ENOIA specializes in process studies, electromechanical systems, automation, piping, industrial facilities, and energy and water infrastructure. The integration of approximately 100 ENOIA employees will increase Drees & Sommer Greece’s total workforce to about 150 professionals operating in Athens and Thessaloniki.

ENOIA’s expertise includes sustainable mining projects, life sciences, data centers, and low-carbon industrial units utilizing carbon capture technologies. The collaboration aims to combine Drees & Sommer’s international experience with ENOIA’s specialized technical knowledge to support complex projects ranging from initial design to procurement and implementation, particularly in sectors such as decarbonization, digital transformation, battery production, and semiconductors.
