WWE reports on Slick's recovery and NXT roster developments

WWE is managing several major roster developments and health updates. Legendary manager Slick, known as the ‘Doctor of Style,’ is reportedly recovering in the ICU following a heart attack and open-heart surgery. He is said to be on the mend after reaching the hospital in time for treatment.

In the NXT brand, Zilla Fatu has made a high-impact debut, attacking Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller. This has led to a scheduled confrontation between Montana and Fatu on the August 18 episode. Other upcoming NXT matches include Lexis King defending the WWE Men’s Speed Championship against Lucien Price and a Fatal 4-Way match to determine a number one contender for the AAA World Cruiserweight Title.

On the main roster, Bron Breakker and Oba Femi are set to face each other in a match in Atlanta to determine the future of the company. Meanwhile, Solo Sikoa has returned to The Bloodline following a loss to Jey Uso on Monday Night Raw.
