Driveno app launched to track vehicle expenses via receipt photos

A team from Krakow has launched Driveno, a free mobile application designed to help drivers manage vehicle-related expenses. The app allows users to track costs such as fuel, insurance, repairs, and maintenance by taking photos of receipts and invoices. The software automatically recognizes key data from these images to populate expense forms, reducing the need for manual entry.

Since its release in July, Driveno has recorded over 4,300 installations, with recorded expenses approaching 3 million PLN. The application also calculates fuel consumption based on user-entered mileage and fuel amounts, providing a centralized history of vehicle costs and service reminders.
