Series of road accidents across Argentina and nearby regions injure dozens and cause multiple deaths

A number of traffic incidents were reported in Argentina and neighbouring areas. A car rolled over at the junction of National Route 168 and Provincial Route 1 near Santa Fe, leaving the driver unharmed. In Rada Tilly, a 15‑year‑old was injured after a collision between a motorcycle and a Chevrolet Tracker, and the driver fled the scene before later turning himself in. In Concordia, a drunk loader operator crashed into seven vehicles, injuring two people. Four sisters from 25 de Mayo, La Pampa, drowned when their Ford EcoSport slipped off a T‑intersection into floodwater, killing four occupants. A school bus carrying about 40 students overturned in Caaguazú, Paraguay, after a truck entered its lane, resulting in two student injuries. A woman driving a Fiat Idea fell asleep on the road near Santa Isabel (border of Mendoza and La Pampa) and rolled her vehicle, but she and her dog escaped unharmed. Additional accidents involved a micro‑bus driver’s medical emergency on Route 226 near Tandil, a high‑speed crash at a roundabout in Villa María, and several other single‑vehicle rollovers and collisions across the provinces. Authorities responded with police, emergency services and investigations in each case.
