DroneShield achieves operational readiness for US military vehicle integration

DroneShield has achieved initial operational readiness for its DroneSentry-X Mk2 system on US military Infantry Squad Vehicles as part of the JIATF-401 program. The company has completed installation, delivery, acceptance testing, and operator training for the personnel involved.

In addition to military integration, DroneShield is expanding its research and development capabilities by opening a new facility at the Lot Fourteen innovation hub in Adelaide. This center will focus on sensors, software, embedded systems, communication technology, and electronic warfare, with plans to hire approximately 20 specialized engineers. The company is also working to expand its defense architecture by integrating high-energy lasers, such as the Fractl system, into an open architecture.
