Drowning Pool and Saliva Launch 25th‑Anniversary Co‑Headlining Tour
Hard‑rock bands Drowning Pool and Saliva will co‑head a U.S. tour from October 8 to October 25, marking the 25th anniversaries of their 2001 platinum albums Sinner and Every Six Seconds. The tour celebrates the legacy of the two records rather than the original line‑ups; Drowning Pool is fronted by vocalist Ryan McCombs, while Saliva is led by Bobby Amaru, who joined the group in 2011.
Both bands acknowledge the lineup changes and past controversies. Amaru said the tour is “about honoring the music and giving the fans a chance to celebrate two great records,” while guitarist C.J. Pierce of Drowning Pool expressed gratitude for “still being here rockin’ out after 25 years.” The tour will feature performances of the classic tracks that defined early‑2000s nu‑metal, offering fans a chance to hear the songs live despite the absence of original members such as Wayne Swinny and Dave Williams.
