Druffel to host Bürgerfest with community runs and kindergarten anniversary

The town of Druffel is hosting its traditional Bürgerfest on September 20, 2026. A central part of the festivities is the 24th Druffeler Volkslauf, organized by the Druffeler SG. The running program includes various categories: a Bambini run for young children, a student run, a 10-kilometer race, and both 5-kilometer running and walking events.

The event also marks the 40th anniversary of the St. Gabriel Kindergarten. A commemorative celebration and an open archive featuring historical photos from the past four decades will be held at the facility. Local community groups, including the Druffeler Landfrauen and the Schützenverein, will provide catering and refreshments during the festivities.
