drum-tec to host TALADIDDLE rhythm masterclass in Germany

The drum-tec facility in Hessisch Oldendorf will host the TALADIDDLE masterclass from November 27 to 29, 2026. Led by Claudio Spieler, an expert in Konnakol, and Claus Hessler, a rudiment specialist, the workshop aims to bridge Indian rhythmic traditions with Western rudiments.

Participants, including drummers and percussionists, will explore how to apply these combined rhythmic structures to instruments such as the drumset and Cajón. The program is designed to accommodate both experienced musicians and those with limited prior exposure to Konnakol or Western rudiments.

The event is limited to 30 participants at a cost of 199 Euro per person, which includes instructional materials and a certificate of participation.
