Drumelia Real Estate named best Spanish agency at European Property Awards

Drumelia Real Estate has been recognized as the best real estate agency in Spain in the ‘Real Estate Agency Single Office’ category at the European Property Awards 2026-2027. The award was presented at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

Founded in Marbella in 2003, the firm specializes in high-end residential markets, including Marbella, Benahavís, and Estepona. The company reported mediating transactions totaling over 639 million euros between 2023 and July 2026. Its current portfolio includes more than 750 properties with a combined value exceeding 3.5 billion euros.

CEO and co-owner Artur Loginov attributed the recognition to internal improvements in teamwork, training, and client service. The agency also received a nomination for best real estate agency in Europe within its category, with the final winner to be announced in the coming months.
