Drunk driver released after killing 24‑year‑old in São Paulo

Paulo César de Araújo Ribeiro, a 53‑year‑old driver without a licence, was arrested after hitting and killing 24‑year‑old Raïelly Oliveira da Silva in the Zona Leste district of São Paulo on the early morning of 20 July.
