Društvo mrtvih pesnikov releases new single ‘Od zibelke do groba’

The Slovenian indie-folk group Društvo mrtvih pesnikov has released their new single and music video, ‘Od zibelke do groba’ (From Cradle to Grave). The track is the sixth song from their conceptual eighth album, ‘Astronavt’, released late last year.

Lead singer and songwriter Alan Vitezič emphasized the importance of performing in the Slovenian language to connect more deeply with local audiences. The accompanying music video, filmed over a fourteen-day marathon session, features twelve actors depicting a life story from birth to death. The production includes various notable figures such as DJ Jimi Rasta and designer Zvone Kukec.
