Déryné Program launches modular school prevention series

Schools can now apply for the ‘Ne bánts világ! – Láss. Hallj. Érts.’ national prevention program series, organized by the Déryné Program. Aimed at students from the 3rd grade of primary school through the 12th grade, the initiative will continue in the 2026/2027 school year using a new modular system.

This modular structure allows educational institutions to select from five key prevention themes: healthy lifestyle, balance of body and mind, social relationships and non-violent living, the digital world and information security, and harmful addictions. Each selected module consists of a schedule spanning three to four lessons.

The program utilizes theater and drama pedagogy to support the mental and physical health of students. By using artistic tools, the initiative creates a safe space for young people to actively participate in discussions and process sensitive topics through collective storytelling and dialogue. During its pilot phase, the project reached over ten thousand students through forty prevention days across the country.
