DSHV Founders Club demands Tomislav Žigmanov surrender party assets

The Founders Club of the Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina (DSHV) has issued a formal demand for Tomislav Žigmanov to surrender the keys to the DSHV House, the party archives, and the official party seal within eight days.

According to a statement released by Bela Tonković on behalf of the Club, the assets should be handed over to Darija Bošnjak, the president of the South Banat branch committee, whom the Club identifies as the highest legal official with an unexpired mandate. The Club alleges that Žigmanov’s continued control over the party’s administrative structure and property violates the DSHV Statute.

The founders also raised concerns regarding the use of the DSHV House, claiming it is being utilized for an election campaign for the Croatian National Council (HNV). They allege the space is serving as a headquarters for an electoral coalition consisting of certain DSHV members and members of the Subotica branch of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), which they claim does not represent the interests of all DSHV members.
