Düsseldorf charity event distributes 10,000 potato pancakes for the homeless

The Scholljonges, a community group in Düsseldorf, is hosting a large-scale charity event by distributing 10,000 free Reibekuchen (potato pancakes). While the pancakes are provided free of charge, donations are encouraged to support local humanitarian efforts.

Proceeds from the event are designated for the Armenküche (poor kitchen) and the Gute-Nacht-Bus. The Gute-Nacht-Bus operates nightly in Düsseldorf to assist homeless individuals, providing essential items such as coffee, sandwiches, soup, clothing, sleeping bags, and blankets to help them survive the winter months.
