Telecommunications provider du has partnered with Sapia.ai to integrate AI-powered conversational assessments into its recruitment process. Announced during the Ru’ya Career Fair 2026, the collaboration aims to enhance the evaluation of candidates for both corporate and frontline roles.

Through the Sapia.ai platform, candidates will engage in structured, chat-based interviews and receive personalized insights. For recruitment teams and hiring managers, the technology is designed to provide data-driven insights to assist in screening large applicant pools more efficiently, reducing manual labor while supporting more informed hiring decisions.
