Dua Lipa opens anti‑censorship library in Porto
Pop star Dua Lipa inaugurated the “Manifesto Library” inside Porto’s historic Livraria Lello, showcasing around one hundred titles that have been banned or challenged, including Simone de Beauvoir’s *The Second Sex* and George Orwell’s *1984*. Lipa said, “Reading the world brings us closer – but sadly, not everyone is in favour of that,” adding that the collection offers books “that ask questions or have been questioned.”
A day later, Lipa was photographed at New York’s Electric Lady Studios in low‑key outfits: a bright green T‑shirt with track pants and a customized Hermès Birkin covered in scarves, then a black polka‑dot dress with leather boots. The sightings, along with the visible wedding ring, have sparked speculation that she may be working on new music ahead of a possible album release.
