Dušan Vlahović nears historic scoring record with Beşiktaş

Dušan Vlahović is approaching a historic milestone with Beşiktaş in the Turkish Super Lig. The Serbian striker has scored in each of his first three matches as a starter for the Istanbul club.

If Vlahović scores in the upcoming away match against Kocaelispor, he will become the first Beşiktaş player in the 21st century to score in his first four starts. Previous notable attackers like Pascal Nouma and Ilhan Mansiz came close to this feat but failed to maintain a perfect scoring streak from their initial starts. Vlahović currently sits near the top of the league's scoring charts, trailing leaders Mohamad Salah and Gift Orban.
