Dubai Chambers to host China business forum in Shenzhen

Dubai Chambers is preparing to host the Dubai Business Forum – China in Shenzhen on October 14, 2026. Themed "Momentum at Scale: Accelerating Shared Success," the event aims to gather government officials, investors, and business leaders to enhance trade and technological cooperation between Dubai and China.

Chinese technology firms are increasingly utilizing Dubai as a strategic hub for global expansion. Notable examples include ARIDGE (formerly XPENG AEROHT), a flying car company that secured orders for 600 units in the Gulf region after conducting flight demonstrations in Dubai. Keeta Drone, part of Meituan, has obtained the UAE's first Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) commercial license for drone delivery services.

Additionally, the digital payments firm PingPong is using Dubai as a financial gateway to connect commercial flows between China, the Middle East, and Africa. These companies cite Dubai's advanced infrastructure, strategic geographic location, and supportive regulatory environment as primary drivers for their regional operations.
