Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has completed road improvements to enhance connectivity to Town Square Dubai. The upgrades include a new entrance from Al Yalayis 2 and the opening of a U-turn to provide motorists with more direct access and improved traffic flow.

In retail news, Ansar Mall in Sharjah is set to close after 23 years of operation. The group is also closing its Ansar Gallery branches in Karama and Deira. Management stated the closures are part of a strategic relocation to high-potential areas, with new branches planned for Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Barsha in Dubai, as well as locations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
