Dubai Land Department integrates Ejari services into DubaiNow app
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched an enhanced Ejari tenancy service through the DubaiNow app, allowing landlords and tenants to manage rental contracts within a single digital platform. Users can now create, register, renew, and cancel Ejari tenancy contracts through a streamlined process. Once a contract is approved, the Ejari certificate is issued immediately.
Renewals and cancellations are conducted digitally via UAE PASS to ensure security and transparency. Additionally, the integration allows customers to pay their Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) security deposits directly through the app, facilitating the immediate activation of electricity and water services for new properties. This initiative is part of the Dubai Government’s ‘Services 360’ policy, aimed at grouping related government services into unified digital journeys to save time and effort for residents.
