Dubai launches graduate readiness study and broker academy to boost workforce skills

Forsa Talent Hub, a UAE venture co‑founded by Dr Soha Chahine, began its first employer research phase across the United Arab Emirates to map the gap between academic preparation and workplace expectations for graduates. The survey asks organisations which capabilities—judgement, accountability, communication, adaptability, initiative and professional behaviour—are most needed in early employment.

Azizi Developments opened the Azizi Center of Excellence, a nine‑day brokerage academy in Dubai that trained more than 2,000 channel partners. The programme, led by Head of Channel Partners Sehar Rafiq, covered construction methods, engineering fundamentals, customer‑service standards and advanced market analytics, aiming to raise professional standards in the emirate’s real‑estate sector.
