Dubai awards Golden Visas to outstanding private sector educators

Dubai has announced the granting of Golden Visas to outstanding educators working within private educational institutions, including early childhood centers, schools, and higher education institutions. The initiative, issued under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to attract and retain exceptional talent to bolster the emirate’s status as a global education hub.

This program supports the Dubai Education 33 (E33) strategy, which focuses on improving student learning experiences and enhancing regional and international competitiveness. Since the initiative's launch on October 5, 2024, more than 835 educators have applied for the residency permit.

Candidates undergo a transparent professional assessment based on several criteria: academic qualifications, innovative achievements, community contributions, and positive feedback from students and parents. Eligibility is reserved for those who demonstrate a proven impact on educational quality and student academic outcomes.
