Transactions spanned a wide range of the luxury market, from the AED 5–10 million bracket to the AED 50–100 million range. An analysis by luxury developer Keturah showed 151 off-plan apartment sales amounting to AED 2.3 billion, while 93 villa transactions generated AED 1.1 billion. The average value for residential off-plan deals in July was AED 14 million.

Talal M. Al Gaddah, CEO and Founder of Keturah, noted that the market is showing a depth of demand that extends beyond individual high-value transactions, citing the city’s long-term fundamentals and international appeal as key drivers for capital commitment.
