The home features a water‑front façade, a garage styled after a Lamborghini rear deck, and interiors finished in a limited palette of stone, metal, salt and crystal, all showcased in a recent video tour.

Separately, Thom and Gery Building Contracting LLC received the Luxury Lifestyle Awards’ Best Luxury Residential Renovation prize for its overhaul of a Jumeirah Islands villa. The project softened Moorish influences with a contemporary French aesthetic, introduced a 6.5‑metre Venetian‑style window, and re‑oriented façade openings to maximise natural light, delivering a cohesive, modern living environment.
