Dubai Mall staff returns lost gold bracelet to Indian woman

An Indian woman, Ketki Shetty, recovered her lost gold bracelet at the Dubai Mall after a cleaning staff member found it and turned it in to the mall's lost and found department.

While shopping on her birthday, Shetty realized the jewelry was missing and spent approximately an hour retracing her steps. After contacting mall security, she was directed to the lost and found section. Upon arrival, staff verified her identity and showed her a photograph of the bracelet to confirm ownership before returning it.

Shetty shared her experience in a video that has since gone viral on social media, praising the honesty of the staff and the safety of Dubai, stating, "Dubai, you have won my heart."
