Dubai offers weekend staycations and local activities

Dubai is offering various leisure and staycation opportunities for the upcoming long weekend in August. In the Deira district, Accor hotels—including Novotel Dubai Gold District, ibis Styles Dubai Deira, ibis Styles Dubai Gold District, and Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Gold District—are providing staycation packages aimed at exploring the heritage and culture of Old Dubai.

Other local activities scheduled for the weekend of August 21 to 23 include a free 5km indoor run and breakfast at Dubai Hills Mall hosted by New Balance and Common Grounds. Culinary options include afternoon tea at L’Avenue Dubai in the Dubai Mall and hands-on Italian cooking workshops for children at Eataly in JBR.
