Dubai Police record 99.9% daytime safety perception index

Dubai Police posted a 99.9% score in the 2025 daytime safety perception index, part of the broader Security Quality of Life Index where the force achieved an overall 98.2% rating. The survey, conducted by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre with the Ministry of Interior, also gave the police 98.7% for feeling safe while walking at night and 96.2% for confidence in police stations.

Digital transformation remained a priority: a 97.7% digital adoption rate for transactions, more than 218 million digital transactions processed in 2025, and a 96.9% satisfaction rate for digital channels. The force handled 6.9 million emergency and non‑emergency calls during the year. Dubai Police received 51 awards, including 12 international honours, and topped Brand Finance’s global police brand ranking with an AAA+ rating and a 9.2/10 score, contributing an estimated AED 57.9 billion ($15.8 billion) to the UAE’s national brand value.
