Dubai to Host IPS 2026 Real Estate Expo and Awards

The International Property Show (IPS) will hold its 22nd edition, IPS 2026, in Dubai from 7 to 9 September 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The three‑day event, organized by Strategic Exhibitions and Conferences in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, will bring together investors, developers, government bodies, financial institutions and industry experts to showcase projects, discuss PropTech, sustainability and smart‑city trends, and host a series of conferences and workshops.

Alongside the exhibition, the IPS Awards will recognize excellence in the real‑estate sector. Submissions are open until 15 August for corporate categories such as Real Estate Developer of the Year, Sustainable Building Project of the Year and PropTech Company of the Year, and individual categories including Real Estate CEO of the Year and Real Estate Women Leader of the Year. IPS President Dawood Al Shezawi said the awards highlight innovative projects and leadership that drive sustainable market growth.

The 2025 edition attracted more than 30,000 visitors from 182 nationalities and generated deals worth over AED 1.84 billion (US$500 million). Organisers expect higher participation in 2026, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global hub for real‑estate investment.
