Dubai Women Establishment launches new empowerment initiatives

The Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) has entered into several strategic partnerships aimed at advancing women’s empowerment and professional development in Dubai. During the Emirati Women’s Forum 2026, DWE signed a memorandum of understanding with DIB Academy to enhance gender balance and capacity building. This agreement focuses on knowledge exchange, research, and providing female employees with access to specialized training, workshops, and international programs to strengthen leadership and technical skills.

Additionally, DWE has partnered with LinkedIn to provide 500 selected female entrepreneurs and business owners with six months of free access to LinkedIn Learning. Running from September 2026 to March 2027, this initiative offers participants access to over 26,000 courses covering leadership, digital skills, and entrepreneurship to support sustainable business growth and innovation within the UAE economy.
