Dublin ladies football managers Murray and Casey step down

Derek Murray and Paul Casey have stepped down as joint-managers of the Dublin senior ladies football team. The pair, who were appointed in December 2024, decided not to seek a third term in charge.

During their tenure, Murray and Casey led Dublin to an All-Ireland senior title following a victory over Meath. They also secured consecutive Leinster senior titles in 2025 and 2026. Dublin’s recent All-Ireland defense concluded with a semi-final defeat to Kerry.

The Dublin LGFA executive committee issued a statement thanking both men for their professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm, noting their significant contributions both as managers and as previous members of the senior management team. The organization will begin the process of selecting a new management team ahead of the 2027 season.
