Dubréka families receive land titles for ENA resettlement

In Dubréka, Guinea, 61 families affected by the construction of the future École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) have officially received property titles and technical dossiers for their new resettlement site. The ceremony, held on September 16, 2026, was presided over by Prime Minister Amadou Oury Bah.

The resettlement site, located in Tafory Sosso within the Ouassou rural commune, covers approximately nine hectares and includes 158 plots. The area is equipped with infrastructure for schools, religious buildings, sports fields, commercial spaces, and a cemetery.

The relocation process follows land clearances that began in 2015. While the distribution of land documents marks a significant step, beneficiaries raised concerns regarding compensation for destroyed buildings and assets. Prime Minister Bah stated that relevant ministries will examine the situation to ensure equity and justice in financial reparations.
