Dubrovnik and Zagreb Host Major Art Exhibitions

Artist Saša Šekoranja opened his exhibition "Sanjam Dubrovnik" in the historic Sponza Palace in Dubrovnik during the 77th Dubrovnik Summer Games. The show features large abstract paintings of the city’s walls, pine forests and sea, accompanied by a soundscape of traditional songs and a floral installation of two thousand earthenware cups honoring artist Jagoda Buić.

In Zagreb, visual artist Tomislav Šoban debuted the exhibition "Zgrade u vrtu" at the Botanical Garden Pavilion of the Faculty of Science. The project presents miniature architectural models placed in the garden, explores the relationship between built and natural environments, and includes the premiere of Šoban’s experimental documentary film "Napušteni vrtovi". Both exhibitions emphasize interdisciplinary approaches and aim to engage visitors with immersive, site‑specific experiences.
