Dubrovnik hosts ECR Party European Congress on Family

The third European Congress on Family, themed ‘Putting an End to Europe’s Demographic Winter’, is being held in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Organized by the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) Party, the event brings together conservative and sovereignist political representatives from over 20 European countries and the United States.

Key discussion topics include Europe's demographic renewal, family and demographic policies aimed at supporting marriage and children, migration policy, and the strengthening of cooperation among right-wing parties. The congress also includes an ECR Party leadership session to elect a new president.

Prominent participants include Italian Minister Eugenia Roccella, Romanian politician George Simion, and MEP Stephen Nikola Bartulica. During the event, Bartulica highlighted the importance of right-wing coalitions, citing the Italian government as a successful model, while also criticizing current European Union leadership and domestic policies regarding families with multiple children.
